Restful Poses
Saturday March 29th. 9am~12 Noon
This is a long and lovely session, allowing time for us to explore the more restful and restorative side of the syllabus, suitable for every level this workshop will relax you and give you the tools to calm yourself whenever you need to.
Chanting
Tuesday April 8th. 7pm~8.30pm
A medicinal evening of Yogic Chanting! We'll do a few old favourites to ground us in comfort & familiarity and as always we'll learn a new one to stimulate our beautiful brains & put a fresh song in the heart! Chanting is a wonderful way to come together & vibe with the higher frequencies of Love & Peace. Join us.
Advanced Class
Friday April 11th. 7pm~9pm
These are special classes which we run every 2 months for Yogis & Teachers of Yoga who already have a strong & faithfully consistent Practice both on and off the mat. Proficiency in high level syllabus postures & knowledge of Yoga Philosophy are prerequisites. In this, our April offering, our topic is ‘change’ we’ll be studying tricky transitions to help with grace & invincible strength in our Asana Practice and in our Philosophy Section we will cover non-attachment as we age & grow.
Strengthen Yourself
Saturday April 26th. 9am~12 Noon
Whether it's enhancement of existing strength or starting from scratch, our Yoga Postural Practice is an excellent road to be on! In this Morning Workshop we'll learn the best of the best Yoga Poses in terms of building & maintenance of strength. We'll do a short Meditation as well & a deep guided relaxation at the end. This session will have you feeling powerful & steady. Come join us!
Core Strength + Breathwork
Saturday May 24th. 9am~12 Noon
This powerful combination will elevate your Yoga Practice. Learning how to improve abdominal strength & enhancing your ability to breathe well are 2 of the best gifts you can give your health. All levels are welcome, come join us, you’ll feel amazing.
Advanced Class
Friday June 6th. 7pm~9pm
These are special classes which we run every 2 months for Yogis & Teachers of Yoga who already have a strong & faithfully consistent Practice both on and off the mat. Proficiency in high level syllabus postures & knowledge of Yoga Philosophy are prerequisites. For our June offering, we’ll be drawing from the Wisdom of The Bhagavad Gita to guide us in our Practice and we’ll be working on some of the more challenging postures to demystify them and gain all the benefits with none of the stress!
Yoga + IFS Workshop
Saturday June 21st. 9am~1pm
This is a collaborative blend of 2 excellent systems: IFS & Yoga. James & myself will be guiding you through knowing thyself more deeply through IFS & releasing what can/needs to be released through the somatic movement & breathing aspects of our Yoga Practice.
The union & harmony of these 2 methodologies in 1 event is powerful medicine and a first step on a path to better Mental & Physical Health.
You all know what Yoga can do and you’re familiar with how I translate & teach it here in our Shala but James is a new collaborator to The Yoga House, so here’s some info on what he does:
James Lloyd is an integrative psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and the impact of past experiences. Specialising in Internal Family Systems (IFS), he supports clients in understanding and transforming inner conflicts, fostering greater self-compassion, and achieving lasting change. With advanced training in IFS, EMDR, and CBT, he takes a trauma-informed approach to therapy, helping people break free from unhelpful patterns and reconnect with their core Self.

Mobility + Meditation
Tuesday July 1st. 7pm~8.30pm
This is the perfect way to free your body & your mind. It’s a beautiful dive into mobility & flexibility work and an easy to understand guidance in Meditation. It’s a wonderful event whether you’re a seasoned Yogi or a brand new beginner.
Yoga Retreat with Laurence O’Toole
Friday July 25th. 4pm~Sunday 27th. 12 Noon
Back again with our annual Residential Retreat with one of our most beloved Teachers, Laurence O’Toole. All the beds are taken for the private residential aspect of things, however, we’re opening up the Meditation, Philosophy & Postural Sessions to the public and you are also invited to join us for a lovely lunch on the last day. This year, Laurence will be helping us to dive more deeply into our understanding of The Bhagavad Gita, an essential part of enriching & advancing our Yoga Practice. We’d absolutely love to welcome you into the Shala so hopefully we’ll see you there.
For those staying the whole weekend with us, it’s a donation based situation as usual. For those joining us for the public classes & lovely lunch, you can also pay by donation if you’re feeling generous, there is no cap on the top and it’s a €200 minimum for all the classes & big lunch.

This workshop is for all you Vinyasa Flow & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yogis out there, designed to help you feel strong in the moment and also to encourage you to get stronger, this one will leave you feeling empowered & mighty!
Advanced Class
Friday August 22nd. 7pm~9pm
Our Advanced Sessions are for Yogis & Teachers of Yoga who enjoy a good strong physical challenge and both brushing up on & deepening the understanding of Yoga Philosophy. These classes are not suitable for beginners or for people who don’t already have a consistent daily Practice of Yogasana, Meditation & Pranayama. (We’re not being snobby or elitist here, it’s just that we go very deep in these classes so proficiency in the advanced Practices is essential to keep everyone safe❣️)
The Rebirth of You (Greece)
Friday September 12th~Sunday September 14th
This time we’re taking you to beautiful Greece for our ‘Rebirth of You’ Retreat! We’d love you to join us for this gorgeous event. The philosophy is the same, an opportunity to be reborn into looking after yourself properly & more lovingly via the modalities of Yoga, Somatic Movement and Herbalism but each retreat has new and exciting sequences & subjects with the added attraction of enjoying the process in the therapeutic hug of Grecian September sunshine …. so, if you are longing to nourish yourself, release what needs to be released & walk in newness of life, then we’ll see you there.
We'll begin on Friday evening & Finish on Sunday afternoon. Exploring Somatic Movement grounded in the Scaravelli Method & Therapeutic Release Practices with Helen, with Phoebe we'll experience Rune Readings, sigil choosing, & using healing herbs & botanicals for making teas & tinctures to amplify the efficacy of Self-Care and with Beare we'll be on a voyage of Yoga, Chanting, Breathwork & Meditation. There will be 6 workshops over the course of the 3 days with ample breaks for eating, swimming, sunbathing, relaxing, walking, processing, quiet time & sharing in between.

We love a good Chanting Workshop here at The Yoga House, it brings us all together and is always great fun. Whether you’re a seasoned Yogi or a brand new beginner this one’s for you! Chanting fast tracks us to the state of mind required for healing, focus & joy, so come join us and make some noise!
Strong + Flexible Hips
Saturday October 11th. 9am~12 Noon
Strengthening & stretching the muscles which support the pelvis is an absolute must in terms of upgrading health in the whole body. This workshop is an excellent practical application of the best Yoga techniques & postures to build & maintain strength & flexibility safely, so that you can feel both stability & freedom instead of the restriction that comes with chronic stiffness & weakness that we so often encounter.
Advanced Class
Friday October 17th. 7pm~9pm
Advanced Classes are for Yogis & Yoga Teachers who are up for a hefty physical challenge and who long to more deeply understand Yoga Philosophy so as to apply it to modern life. These sessions are suitable only for those who already have a consistent daily Practice of Yogasana, Dhyana & Pranayama. Our Advanced Classes are not for beginners.
Improve your Posture
Tuesday November 4th. 7pm~8.30pm
The ability to stand & sit up straight has huge positive effects on our health & wellbeing. In this workshop we’ll explore improving our general posture through Yoga Postures, when practised regularly, these postures bring great strength to the body and a beautiful clarity to the mind. We’ll successfully conquer the slouch & learn lasting poise.
