Meditation. 10am (All Levels) (Online)
Beginner Yoga. 7pm (In Person)
Tuesdays:
Yoga Philosophy. 7pm (All Levels) (In Person) (3 Tuesdays a month)
Mini-Workshops. 7pm (All Levels) (In Person) (1 Tuesday a month)
Wednesdays:
Beginner Yoga. 7pm (In Person & Online)
Thursdays:
Gentle Yoga. 12 Noon (In Person & Online)
Intermediate Yoga. 7pm (In Person & Online)
Fridays:
Advanced Yoga. 7pm (In Person) (once every 2 months)
Saturdays:
Workshops. 9am (All Levels) (In Person) (1 Saturday a Month)
Standard weekly classes: 1 hour.
Monthly Mini-Workshops: 90 mins.
Advanced Classes: 2 hours.
Monthly Saturday Workshops: 3 hours.
All-Day-Workshops, Collabs & Weekend retreats vary in run time.
